By accessing or using GarageRegister.com (the "Service"), operated by LeadHash LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GarageRegister.com is a cloud-based software platform that provides garage and auto shop management tools, including work order management, customer tracking, invoicing, and business reporting. The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

• The Service requires a monthly subscription paid in advance. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding Your Data), is the property of LeadHash LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadHash LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which LeadHash LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
